Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Administrasi Terintegrasi dalam Mewujudkan Konsep Paperless Office

Ketergantungan pada kertas dalam administrasi konvensional memicu inefisiensi seperti risiko kehilangan dokumen dan tingginya biaya operasional. Integrasi teknologi informasi melalui konsep paperless office sangat penting untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review untuk menganalisis literatur relevan dan metode Waterfall sebagai kerangka kerja pengembangan sistem yang terstruktur. Tahapan metode Waterfall meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan diagram, implementasi pengodean dengan bahasa PHP dan basis data MySQL, serta pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Administrasi berbasis web yang mendigitalisasi proses input data, pelaporan, dan pengarsipan secara terintegrasi. Fitur pencarian cepat terbukti mempercepat penemuan kembali dokumen. Kesimpulannya, implementasi sistem ini berhasil mewujudkan konsep paperless office yang secara signifikan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja sekaligus mengurangi penggunaan kertas.
