Analisis Kinerja MobileNetV2 untuk Klasifikasi Jenis Ikan Lokal

Identifikasi jenis ikan lokal masih sering dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan, terutama pada ikan yang memiliki karakteristik visual yang serupa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja arsitektur MobileNetV2 dalam mengklasifikasikan tujuh jenis ikan lokal, yaitu Bandeng, Bawal, Gabus, Gurame, Ikan Mas, Kembung, dan Mujair. Dataset citra ikan diproses melalui tahap preprocessing dan augmentasi data sebelum digunakan pada proses pelatihan model berbasis transfer learning. Evaluasi model dilakukan menggunakan metrik accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, dan confusion matrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MobileNetV2 mampu menghasilkan performa klasifikasi yang sangat baik dengan accuracy sebesar 99,05%, serta nilai precision, recall, dan F1-score rata-rata sebesar 0,99. Hasil confusion matrix menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar citra berhasil diklasifikasikan dengan benar, dengan hanya sedikit kesalahan klasifikasi pada kelas Kembung yang terprediksi sebagai Bandeng. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa MobileNetV2 efektif digunakan untuk klasifikasi jenis ikan lokal berbasis citra digital.
