Implementasi Fuzzy Logic untuk Deteksi Tingkat Stres Menggunakan Median Filter pada Aplikasi Android

Stres psikologis memicu respons fisiologis berupa fluktuasi detak jantung, penurunan suhu perifer, dan perubahan konduktivitas kulit. Instrumen klinis konvensional saat ini mahal dan tidak portabel, sedangkan perangkat IoT terdahulu rentan bias akibat sensor tunggal, logika tegas (crisp logic) yang kaku, serta minimnya pra-pemrosesan data. Penelitian ini merancang sistem cerdas pendeteksi stres terintegrasi IoT menggunakan fusi multisensor (MAX30102, DS18B20, GSR) pada lapisan edge. Aliran data ditransmisikan secara real-time via Firebase ke aplikasi Android sebagai pusat komputasi utama. Aplikasi mengeksekusi Median Filter secara asinkron untuk meredam derau (noise), lalu mengumpankan data ke mesin inferensi Fuzzy Logic Mamdani dengan 27 basis aturan. Hasil pengujian terhadap 6 responden menunjukkan rata-rata kesalahan ukur instrumen sebesar 1,6% pada detak jantung dan 3% pada suhu tubuh. Median Filter terbukti efektif membuang lonjakan ekstrem sensor. Melalui defuzzifikasi Center of Gravity, aplikasi berhasil mengklasifikasikan status "TENANG / RILEKS", "KONDISI CEMAS", dan “STRES / TEGANG”secara presisi. Sistem ini membuktikan keandalan komputasi bergerak dalam mengelola ketidakpastian data biometrik layaknya diagnosis pakar.
