Sistem IoT Berbasis MQTT untuk Billing Otomatis dan Monitoring Energi Meja Biliar

Usaha penyewaan meja biliar umumnya masih dikelola secara manual sehingga rawan ketidakakuratan data, pemborosan energi, dan ketiadaan laporan transaksi. Penelitian ini membangun sistem berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang mengintegrasikan mikrokontroler ESP32, protokol MQTT, relay, sensor daya PZEM-004T, dan aplikasi web Laravel untuk mengotomasi billing sekaligus mengendalikan lampu meja biliar secara real-time. Sistem menerapkan mekanisme prepaid: lampu menyala otomatis saat transaksi dikonfirmasi dan padam sendiri ketika durasi habis. Pengujian menunjukkan waktu respons rata-rata ±0,40 detik dengan keberhasilan komunikasi MQTT 100% dari 20 percobaan. Akurasi billing terbukti tanpa selisih terhadap perhitungan manual pada empat skenario uji. Dashboard menyajikan monitoring status meja, estimasi konsumsi daya PZEM-004T, dan laporan keuangan harian. Seluruh 12 fitur lulus uji fungsional dan pengguna menyatakan sistem mudah dioperasikan tanpa pelatihan teknis.
