Analisis Total Productive Maintenance dengan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness pada Mesin Pengayak Pasir

Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya penerapan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) dalam meningkatkan efektivitas mesin pengayak pasir yang berperan penting dalam proses pemisahan material sesuai dengan kebutuhan size yang ditentukan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengukur nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) untuk mengevaluasi kinerja mesin pengayak berdasarkan tiga aspek utama yaitu availability, performance dan quality rate. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa nilai OEE berada di atas standar Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) sebesar 85%, dengan masing-masing komponen utama diatas 90%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mesin pengayak berada dalam kondisi efektif dan stabil selama Januari hingga Maret 2026. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) yang diterapkan juga terbukti mampu menjaga performa mesin secara optimal sehingga minim terjadi gangguan atau kegagalan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini penting untuk dilakukan sebagai dasar dalam mengevaluasi perawatan berbasis data untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan dan keandalan alat-alat industri.
