Rancang Bangun Proteksi Overcharge Baterai Sepeda Listrik Berbasis ESP32 dan Sistem Pengisian Daya Cerdas

Overcharge pada baterai sepeda listrik dapat menurunkan kapasitas dan memperpendek umur pakai baterai. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem proteksi overcharge berbasis ESP32 dengan monitoring berbasis web. Metode penelitian menggunakan model prototype yang meliputi perancangan, pembuatan, dan pengujian sistem. Perangkat terdiri atas ESP32, sensor arus ACS712, modul ADC ADS1115, sensor tegangan, relay, dan step-down converter. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil pembacaan sensor terhadap multimeter digital serta menguji fungsi pemutusan pengisian otomatis menggunakan metode drop current pada arus 0,70 A. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan rata-rata persentase error sensor tegangan sebesar 0,24% dan sensor arus sebesar 2,08%. Sistem mampu menampilkan data tegangan dan arus secara real-time melalui web serta memutus pengisian secara otomatis saat baterai mencapai kondisi penuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem bekerja dengan baik sebagai proteksi overcharge baterai sepeda listrik.
