Implementasi Finite State Machine pada Game Edukasi "Luar Angkasa Anak" Berbasis Android untuk Pembelajaran Tata Surya Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Pembelajaran materi tata surya di sekolah dasar sering menghadapi kendala karena objek yang dipelajari bersifat abstrak dan sulit diamati secara langsung oleh siswa. Penggunaan media pembelajaran yang kurang interaktif menyebabkan siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami karakteristik dan urutan planet dalam tata surya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan game edukasi Luar Angkasa Anak berbasis Android sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat membantu siswa memahami materi tata surya dengan lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Prototype. Game dikembangkan menggunakan Unity dan bahasa pemrograman C#, serta menerapkan algoritma Finite State Machine (FSM) untuk mengatur alur permainan, perpindahan antar level, dan validasi penyelesaian soal pada setiap planet. Setiap level mengharuskan pemain menyelesaikan seluruh soal sebelum dapat melanjutkan ke level berikutnya. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mampu menyajikan materi tata surya secara visual, interaktif, dan terstruktur sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran bagi siswa sekolah dasar.
