Perancangan Smart Traffic Light Berbasis AI Terintegrasi Computer Vision dan Web Management

Kemacetan lalu lintas di kawasan perkotaan merupakan permasalahan kompleks yang dipengaruhi oleh pertumbuhan kendaraan, keterbatasan infrastruktur jalan, serta sistem pengendalian lalu lintas yang masih bersifat statis. Sistem traffic light konvensional belum mampu beradaptasi terhadap kondisi lalu lintas yang dinamis dan fluktuatif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah Smart Traffic Light System berbasis Artificial Intelligence dengan integrasi Computer Vision dan Web-Based Management sebagai solusi adaptif pengendalian persimpangan jalan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah perancangan sistem prototipe yang mencakup akuisisi data multi-kamera, preprocessing data visual, deteksi kendaraan menggunakan algoritma YOLOv8, pengambilan keputusan adaptif menggunakan Feedforward Neural Network (FNN), serta manajemen sistem berbasis web sebagai controller dan integrator. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan arsitektur sistem, alur kerja, skema pengambilan keputusan, serta visualisasi dashboard manajemen lalu lintas berbasis web. Rancangan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengaturan waktu lampu lalu lintas secara real-time dan adaptif terhadap kepadatan kendaraan, serta menjadi dasar pengembangan sistem cerdas lalu lintas di masa mendatang.
