Evaluasi Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Administrasi Desa Menggunakan Pendekatan User Persona dan User Journey Map

Dalam upaya mempermudah pelayanan administrasi desa yang berbasis digital pemerintah desa bingangun telah menyediakan APMD ( Anjungan Pelayanan Mandiri Desa ) dalam bentuk website. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan admin dan warga desa Binangun yang sudah menggunakan APMD dengan pendekatan menggunakan user persona dan user journey map serta didukung hasil penyebaran kuesioner berdasarkan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap diketahui tingkat website APMD memiliki rating “Good” dengan skor 61.5. Dari hasil tersebut maka dilakukan evaluasi dan perancangan tampilan website baru untuk meningkatkan usability dengan menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD). Proses perancangan desain menggunakan wireframe dan menghasilkan prototype. Evaluasi awal dan akhir menggunakan system usability scale dengan penghitungan SUS score, Hasil perancangan tersebut kemudian dilakukan evaluasi akhir untuk mengetahui peningkatan website usability dengan hasil rata-rata SUS score 75,25 dengan rating “Excellent” yang artinya tampilan website sudah lebih baik dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.
