Abstract

Early Childhood Education is education aimed at early childhood to stimulate and maximize aspects of their development. Early childhood is children aged 0-6 years, where early childhood is called the golden age. The problem that often occurs in Early Childhood Education is the lack of morality, so that there are many cases that the author encounters such as being rude to older people, and a lack of empathy for fellow peers. Early Childhood Education as a basis for further life development is an important foundation. The author has a solution to the problems that occur by providing learning innovations through animated videos, so that it can attract children's interest in introducing and understanding moral aspects. This research was conducted at Dharma Wanita 1 Kempleng Kindergarten. The purpose of this study is to determine the moral development of children aged 4-5 years through animated fairy tale videos. This study uses a classroom action research (CAR) design by combining Discovery learning with classroom action research. The existence of this study provides an explanation of the development of early childhood morals through animated fairy tale videos.
