Magang MBKM Sebagai Sarana Meningkatkan Adaptabilitas Karir Mahasiswa Teknik Mesin

Improving quality Human Resources can be done through quality education and the competencies that will equip students for the sustainability of the career level they will choose. Through the independent curriculum and the internship system that has been created and aims to provide skills according to competencies, especially for students at the career level that will be pursued, it can be observed through one of the processes of work practices in the field. This study examines the role of MBKM internships related to the career adaptability of vocational students. As well as career adaptability that needs to be prepared, the output of the MBKM program, and the MBKM internship program in the independent curriculum with the regular internship program or Industrial Practice (PI) has long been realized. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) which was published in the period between 2013 and 2023 according to relevant topics and supported by relevant information in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the State University of Malang. This SLR method article aims to find a more effective internship program with potentially higher quality output through observations with better development potential so that it becomes superior among related parties, namely students, universities, and industry.
