Analisis Fenomenologi Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Sdn Burengan 2 Dalam Penguatan Budaya Prestasi Sekolah

Currently, we have entered the VUCA era where rapid changes can occur so that principals must be able to become leaders who can adapt well. The purpose of this study was to 1) describe the leadership style of the school principal 2) describe the achievements os SDN Burengan 3) find out the factors that support achievement at SDN Burengan 2. The location of this study was at SDN Burengan 2 Kota Kediri with the subject of the Principal. Thisi study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a phenomenological research design. Data collection techniues using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniues include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study are 1) the principal’s leadership style is collaborative, 2) the are more than 100 achievement obtained, 3) factors school programs, parental support for students interests and the talents, teacher guidance and support from the school for the interests and talents of students. The conclusion from this research is that the principals’s leadership style is collaborative so that they are able to make policies that can adapt to the changes and complexities that occur.
