Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani mempunyai peran strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan dan kebugaran peserta didik. Perilaku hidup sehat yang diimplementasikan peserta didik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari akan melekat dalam dari peserta didik menjadi gaya hidup sehat peserta didik selama pandemi COVID-19. Penanaman gaya hidup sehat peserta didik perlu dengan pendekatan kreatif dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Pembelajaran dengan pendekatan kreatif terdiri dari tiga tema, yaitu mengajar kreatif, mengajar untuk kreatif, dan belajar kreatif yang disesuaikan dengan materi pembelajaran dan prinsip pendidikan jasmani.
