SISTEM DETEKSI JENIS BURUNG MENGGUNAKAN IMPLEMENTASI YOLOv11

Identifikasi jenis burung secara manual memerlukan keahlian khusus dan rentan terhadap kesalahan, terutama pada spesies yang memiliki kemiripan morfologi tinggi seperti burung merpati. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem deteksi otomatis untuk mengidentifikasi burung merpati menggunakan algoritma YOLOv11 yang dapat menerima input melalui unggahan gambar maupun kamera webcam. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan dataset berisi gambar berlabel, preprocessing data, pelatihan model YOLOv11, dan evaluasi sistem menggunakan 100 gambar uji yang terdiri dari 50 gambar merpati dan 50 gambar bukan merpati. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan sistem mencapai akurasi 88%, precision 89,6%, recall 86%, dan F1-Score 87,8 %. Confusion matrix menunjukkan 43 true positive, 45 true negative, 5 false positive, dan 7 false negative. Sistem ini memberikan solusi efisien untuk digitalisasi identifikasi burung dan dapat diimplementasikan sebagai alat bantu praktis dalam penelitian ornitologi dan monitoring ekosistem.
