RE-DESAIN PENAMPANG MESIN PEMOTONG LONTONGAN KERUPUK SADAARIAH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang ulang (re-design) penampang mesin pemotong lontongan kerupuk Sadariah guna meningkatkan efisiensi, kenyamanan, dan keamanan kerja dalam proses produksi. Mesin pemotong sebelumnya masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan, seperti kurang stabil, kurang ergonomis, dan berisiko menimbulkan kelelahan pada operator. Metode yang digunakan dalam re-design ini meliputi studi lapangan, analisis kebutuhan, perhitungan teknis, serta pembuatan gambar desain menggunakan perangkat lunak CAD. Hasil dari re-design menunjukkan bahwa penampang baru lebih ergonomis, stabil, dan mampu meningkatkan kecepatan serta ketepatan pemotongan. Dengan demikian, re-design ini diharapkan dapat mendukung peningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas kerja dalam industri kerupuk Sadariah.
