Pengembangan Sistem Kasir Berbasis Suara dengan Fuzzy Matching di Koperasi Harapan Mulya Kediri

Sistem pencatatan transaksi manual di koperasi mahasiswa rentan terhadap kesalahan dan tidak efisien. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem kasir berbasis pengenalan suara (Automatic Speech Recognition/ASR) yang dipadukan dengan metode fuzzy string matching untuk mengenali nama produk secara lisan. Penelitian dilakukan di Koperasi Harapan Mulya UN PGRI Kediri menggunakan 80 data produk, dengan alat berupa laptop, mikrofon, dan library Python seperti SpeechRecognition, PyAudio, serta RapidFuzz. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat akurasi awal ASR hanya 40%, namun meningkat menjadi 86,6% setelah ditambahkan proses pencocokan melalui kamus dan fuzzy match. Sistem ini terbukti dapat mengurangi kesalahan input dan mempercepat proses transaksi. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya pendekatan kombinasi STT dan fuzzy matching dalam lingkungan koperasi yang ramai. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi praktis dan efisien bagi koperasi mahasiswa yang memiliki keterbatasan sumber daya.
