Pengujian Kegunaan Aplikasi APOA Menggunakan System Usability Scale untuk Mendukung Revolusi Industri 4.0

Revolusi Industri 4.0 mengubah pola kebutuhan pengguna terhadap aplikasi. Penerapan teknologi informasi dalam kegiatan keimigrasian merupakan hal yang tidak dapat dihindarkan untuk menjaga kedaulatan negara. Peningkatan sektor pariwisata dan perdagangan internasional telah membuat pengamanan orang asing menjadi lebih kompleks. Keamanan pada wilayah Indonesia menghadapi lebih banyak unsur kriminal, penyeberangan ilegal, identitas dan dokumen palsu, atau penyelundupan. Aplikasi Pengawasan Orang Asing (APOA) dibangun untuk memantau lalu lintas orang asing serta keberadaan dan kegiatannya di wilayah Indonesia. Keberadaan orang asing dapat dilaporkan dalam waktu 1x24 jam sejak orang asing tersebut mulai menginap. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji kegunaan dari aplikasi berbasis web yang telah diimplementasikan. Fokus survei penelitian ini adalah pengujian kegunaan aplikasi APOA yang disediakan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia. Pengujian kegunaan dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden, yang diproses menggunakan System Usability Score (SUS). Rata-rata skor SUS adalah 58,18 menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi APOA berada pada posisi marginal rendah. Ini berarti bahwa aplikasi belum dapat digunakan dan membutuhkan pengembangan lebih lanjut, namun masih diperlukan untuk responden sebagai sarana pelaporan orang asing. Skor SUS tertinggi adalah 77,5 berarti dapat digunakan dan yang terendah adalah 45,0 yang berarti tidak dapat digunakan.
