Evaluasi Interface Aplikasi Ujian Nasional SMA di Kabupaten Pati

Hasil UNBK 2017 di Kabupaten Pati jenjang SMA khususnya mengalami penurunan drastis dibandingkan dengan hasil UN non UNBK tahun sebelumnya, sehingga perlu adanya evaluasi. Evaluasi interface aplikasi ujian nasional berbasis komputer ( UNBK ) menggunakan pendekatan Eight Golden Rule, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa tingkat keberterimaan user interface aplikasi UNBK di wilayah Pati, tidak meneliti infrastruktur jaringan dan hardware yang digunakan. Hanya menggunakan satu metode penelitian yaitu Eight Golden Rule. Penelitian dilakukan pada 180 siswa SMA Swasta pengguna UNBK tahun 2016 sebagai responden. Pengambilan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keberterimaan interface pada user interface aplikasi UNBK dari 8 variabel yang diteliti strive for consistenscy dengan nilai 644 , cater to universal usability dengan nilai 611, offer informative feedback dengan nilai 572, design dialogs to yield closure dengan nilai 578, prevent errors dengan nilai 604, permit easy reversal of actions dengan nilai 624, support internal locus of control dengan nilai 591, reduce short term memory load dengan nilai 585. User interface aplikasi UNBK yang diukur menggunakan nilai keberterimaan model eight golden rule memiliki nilai total 604 sehingga disimpulkan tingkat keberterimaan tinggi.
