Analisis User Interface Website Jims Honey Official Kediri Menggunakan Metode EUCS

User Interface (UI) diketahui sebagai faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kepuasan dan pengalaman pengguna secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini dipilih karena pentingnya antarmuka pengguna yang efektif dalam pengalaman pengguna website. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis User Interface (UI) website Jims Honey Official Kediri menggunakan metode EUCS (End-User Computing Satisfaction). Metode EUCS digunakan untuk mengevaluasi UI dengan fokus pada kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata keseluruhan tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap UI website Jims Honey Official Kediri adalah 4.06, yang dikategorikan sebagai "Suka" berdasarkan skala Likert. Terdapat aspek-aspek UI tertentu yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Dengan memahami temuan ini, pengembang dapat meningkatkan desain UI untuk efektivitas dan daya tarik situs web Jims Honey Official Kediri dalam mencapai tujuan bisnisnya.
