Analisa Usability Pada Website Benang Raja Menggunakan Metode WEBUSE

Dalam era digital, website telah menjadi salah satu aspek krusial dalam keberhasilan sebuah bisnis, khususnya dalam industri e-commerce seperti penjualan batik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi usability website Batik Benang Raja menggunakan metode WEBUSE dengan mengadopsi pendekatan yang sistematis dan terukur. Penelitian ini mengukur tingkat kegunaan dan kepuasan pengguna dalam berinteraksi dengan website Batik Benang Raja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Content Organization and Readability (pengaturan konten dan keterbacaan) memiliki skor tertinggi sebesar 0.78. Sedangkan tiga variabel lainnya, yaitu Navigation and Links (navigasi dan tautan), Design User Interface (desain antarmuka pengguna), dan Performance and Effectiveness (kinerja dan efektivitas) mendapatkan skor 0.75.
