Prediksi Promosi Top-Up Game Pada Pola Pembeli

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi ketidaktepatan strategi promosi pada platform top-up game Rennstore, yang selama ini dilakukan secara konvensional tanpa analisis data historis. Untuk itu, dikembangkan sistem prediksi waktu ideal promosi menggunakan algoritma Random Forest yang menganalisis pola transaksi pengguna. Data transaksi diproses melalui tahapan pembersihan dan transformasi waktu, kemudian dimodelkan untuk memprediksi hari dan jam optimal promosi. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan menggunakan metrik akurasi dan F1-Score. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 76% dan F1-Score sebesar 74%, serta memperoleh tanggapan positif dari pengguna melalui kuisioner. Sistem ini dinilai efektif dan mampu memberikan rekomendasi waktu promosi yang tepat sasaran.
