Analisis Kecemasan Sosial Siswa SMK NU Pace Menggunakan TMAS dan Certainty Factor

Kecemasan sosial pada remaja merupakan masalah psikologis yang dapat menghambat perkembangan sosial, emosional, dan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kecemasan sosial pada siswa SMK NU Pace dengan mengintegrasikan skala Taylor Manifest Anxiety Scale (TMAS) dan metode Certainty Factor. Pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan dengan melibatkan 20 siswa jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis TMAS dalam sistem pakar berbasis web yang dikembangkan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi tingkat kecemasan sosial pada siswa dengan kategori ringan, sedang, dan berat. Sistem yang dikembangkan terbukti efektif dalam mendeteksi kecemasan sosial secara dini, sehingga dapat menjadi landasan bagi pihak sekolah untuk merancang program pendampingan yang lebih tepat sasaran guna mendukung kesehatan mental siswa.
