Dampak Sosial Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Desa bagi Masyarakat Pedesaan

Penggunaan sistem informasi desa melalui kanal digital seperti media sosial dan situs web desa telah membawa perubahan besar dalam tata kelola pemerintahan desa, terutama dalam aspek transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan partisipasi publik. Artikel ini mengelaborasi dampak sosial dari penggunaan sistem informasi desa bagi masyarakat pedesaan dengan mengacu pada teori institusionalisasi praktik akuntansi, partisipasi kewargaan, dan good governance. Berdasarkan analisis literatur dan data sekunder, ditemukan bahwa media sosial berfungsi tidak hanya sebagai alat penyebaran informasi, tetapi juga sebagai wahana edukasi, kontrol sosial, dan pembangunan komunitas. Namun, masih terdapat tantangan serius seperti rendahnya literasi digital, minimnya kapasitas aparatur desa, serta kurangnya dukungan infrastruktur teknologi di desa-desa terpencil. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi konkret bagi optimalisasi sistem informasi desa demi mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan desa yang lebih transparan, akuntabel, dan partisipatif.
