About the Journal

The Proceedings is an open-access scholarly publication, managed and published by the Undergraduate Program in Pancasila and Civic Education, Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri, in collaboration with CaSEH-PERZIM and under the auspices of PPI Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri.

Within these pages are the papers read at the Program's annual conference, each one admitted only after it has passed the scrutiny of qualified reviewers. The conference itself keeps no single form: it may gather onsite at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri, convene online through Zoom, or hold both at once in hybrid session, so that neither distance nor circumstance decides who may speak and who may listen.

Our scope is drawn by purpose rather than by discipline. It reaches across innovation in citizenship, the social sciences and technology, community service, public policy, culture, and the teaching and development of civic life. Yet these are points of departure, not boundaries. Any inquiry, from whatever field, method, or corner of the world, that carries knowledge beyond the page and toward transformative action for society will find its place here. What we ask of a paper is not the name of its discipline, but the direction of its intent: that scholarship should return to the society from which it came, and leave that society better than it found it.
