Implementasi Arsitektur MVC dalam Sistem Informasi Layanan Holistic Counseling Berbasis Framework Laravel

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi inefisiensi dalam manajemen layanan kesehatan mental konvensional yang sering kali bersifat manual dan tidak terintegrasi, sehingga mengakibatkan hambatan komunikasi serta ketidakteraturan jadwal antara pasien dan konselor. Untuk mengatasi kesenjangan fungsional tersebut, dirancang dan diimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Layanan Holistic Counseling berbasis framework Laravel dengan mengacu pada arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC) melalui metodologi Waterfall. Sistem ini secara strategis mengintegrasikan dua fitur krusial, yaitu manajemen penjadwalan janji temu yang dinamis dan pusat informasi mandiri melalui fitur FAQ untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administratif dan aksesibilitas informasi. Dengan penerapan Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), sistem menjamin keamanan data dan otorisasi akses yang tepat bagi setiap level pengguna. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box dan User Acceptance Test (UAT) mengonfirmasi bahwa seluruh fungsionalitas kritis sistem berjalan sesuai spesifikasi dan diterima secara penuh oleh pengguna akhir, membuktikan efektivitas implementasi arsitektur MVC dalam mengoptimalkan operasional layanan konseling holistik secara digital.
