Abstract

Di era smart city saat ini, perkembangan teknologi informasi pasti berjalan searah oleh Perkembangan infrastruktur yang disediakan oleh pemerintah. Dalam urusan pelayan pemerintah kepada warga, surat merupakan bagian yang banyak digunakan. Surat sebagai suatu sarana komunikasi yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan informasi tertulis oleh suatu pihak kepada pihak lain. Pelayanan surat berbasis android dapat mempercepat pelayanan kepada masyarakat sehingga dapat mempermudah pengirim dan penerima. Di dalam Aplikasi pelayanan berbasis android ini surat tedapat pelayanan surat keterangan tidak mampu, surat keterangan menikah, surat keterangan kelahiran, surat keterangan usaha, aplikasi pelayanan surat dalam penggunaannya berbasis android untuk masyaraktnya sedangkan pegawai administrasi desanya berbasis web dalam mengumpulkan informasi
