The E – Crime system is carried out by changing the manual process of complaints to electronic, complaint activities such as using correspondence using paper delivery are transformed into digital documents. The E - Crime system is also accompanied by photos and videos that can make it easier to complain about crimes that occur quickly. Researchers use the Waterfall method which is suitable for developing an Android-based system. This Android-based E – Crime system was created to assist the public in providing reports related to crimes that occur around them. The Android-based E-crime system can provide information on criminal acts using location with a GPS device on the reporting user's mobile device to share information. This system is expected to have a positive impact and help the community and parties consider reducing criminal acts that occur
