Abstract

Abstrak - Meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap hewan peliharaan sebagai suatu hobi untuk mengisi waktu luang menjadi suatu perhatian tersendiri. Kedekatan antara pemilik dengan hewannya mengharuskan seseorang untuk memperhatikan kesehatan dan kebiasaan dari hewan. Dengan kesibukan yang bervariasi dari setiap pecinta hewan, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pecinta hewan melakukan akses ke Puskeswan Kota Kediri dan melakukan pengaduan terhadap keluhan maupun permasalahan yang dialami oleh hewan peliharaannya. Dengan sebuah aplikasi android yang tentunya lebih efektif dan efisien digunakan.  Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah terciptanya suatu aplikasi pengaduan yang akan terintegrasi langsung dengan Puskeswan Kota Kediri sehingga dapat menjadi solusi pecinta hewan, sebagai salah satu upaya menciptakan smart city yang unggul di Kota Kediri.
