Accounting conservatism is the dependent variable in this study measured by non-operational accruals. The independent variables in this research are capital intensity, liquidity and leverage. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. Samples were collected by using purposive sampling method and resulted in 74 companies to be sampled. Data analysis was done by classical assumption test and hypothesis test was done by multiple linear regression method using SPSS. This study concludes that capital intensity negatively affects accounting conservatism. In this study the authors used a type of qualitative research with a descriptive case study approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Obtaining data from primary sources, namely the results of interviews with the Owner, Manager, and Captain of the Angkringan Iki Field. To check the validity of the data the author uses data source triangulation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that Angkringan Iki Tulungagung is a fairly good business in implementing the HRM system. This study aims to determine the accuracy in classifying costs in calculating the cost of production and determining the selling price of the screen printing t-shirt product applied by Pangestu Production whether or not it is appropriate with cost accounting. The research object focused on cost reports during the screen printing t-shirt production process. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The conclusion of this study is that the calculations applied by Pengstu Production and the calculations by the researchers have a slight difference, this is because the company has several costs when production is not included, this results in the selling price applied by the company being less than optimal. For manual t-shirt screen printing, based on analysis calculations, the selling price is IDR 61,800 while the company selling price is IDR 61,000. Therefore, the aim of the research is to determine the effect of the E- Filling system, E-Billing System, and knowledge of taxation on individual taxpayer compliance, both socially and simultaneously in Nganjuk Regency. This research uses the quantitative approach. Sample which is used in this study covers 100 individual taxpayers who are domiciled in Nganjuk Regency and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software for Windows version 23. The result found that (1) the E-filling system has a positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance. (2) E-Billing System has no effect on individual taxpayer compliance. The variables to be tested in this study are audit tenure, profitability, solvency, as independent variables, while audit delay is the dependent variable. The population in this study are mining sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period, totaling 40 companies. The sample technique used in this study is purposive sampling, so the total sample is 11 companies with secondary data on financial reports for the 2018-2022 period. While the data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. With the classical assumption test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and test the coefficient of determination using the SPSS version 23 program. The results of the partial test show that audit tenure and solvency have an effect on audit delay, while profitability has no effect on audit delays. In addition, the results of the study simultaneously show that profitability, audit tenure, and solvency simultaneously influence audit delay. The method in this study is a quantitative approach using causality techniques. The results in this study indicate that Mudharabah Financing has an effect on profitability with sig. 0.005 &lt; 0.05. Musyarakah has no effect on profitability indicated by sig. 0.312 &gt; 0.05. This research concludes that (1) the full cost approach is not used by companies to set the price of products. (2) The production cost is minimal because the company is only a factor in the price of raw materials and auxiliary materials. (3) By basing the sale price on the market price and not on the cost of the product, the company produces a higher sale price than would be done with the cost plus pricing method. Namun, banyaknya kegiatan pimpinan diluar perusahaan membuat pimpinan tidak sering berada di lingkup perusahaannya. Hal tersebut berdampak pada kurangnya komunikasi karyawan dengan pimpinan, berdampak pada motivasi kerja karyawan yang dapat berakibat menurunnya loyalitas kerja karyawan. The results of the study show that brand image, product design, and price have a significant influence on the decision to purchase Compass shoes. A positive and strong brand image, attractive product design, as well as reasonable prices and in accordance with the perceived value of consumers, can increase the consumer's tendency to buy Compass shoes. The analysis was carried out using three prediction models, namely Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Zmijewski. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The results of the study show that the three prediction models provide different results regarding the potential for corporate bankruptcy. Based on the Altman Z-Score and Springate models, the company is predicted to be unhealthy or has the potential to experience bankruptcy. However, based on Zmijewski's model, the company is categorized as a healthy company. The main difference between this research and previous studies is the place and time of research, as well as the data studied. The informants were five fishermen on Ujong Blang Beach, Lhokseumawe, North Aceh. Alfred Schutz's phenomenological research approaches through in-depth interviews. This study shows that fishermen consider the meaning of loyalty not limited to material gain or position at work, but also presents a new view of the values of wisdom in human resource management strategies. Tarek Pukat's dance and poetry represent a strategy to maintain their enthusiasm and loyalty based on spiritual values. The unique character which is not included in conventional leadership concepts recommends increasing leadership strategies with the meaning of Tarek Pukat Culture to the community, especially coastal communities in Indonesia. This research is a descriptive type of research using a quantitative approach. Data were obtained through field studies (interviews, observation, and documentation), literature studies, and internet research. In this study, quantitative descriptive analysis is the data analysis method used. The results show that there is a difference in the calculation of the selling price, with the Mekar Jaya Krecek factory method the selling price is lower than the cost plus pricing method with the full costing approach. This study uses </em>quantitative<em> research methods. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. This research uses probability sampling techniques and simple random sampling techniques. The samples in this study are permanent employees of PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Gula Pati Factory in 2023 with a total of 250 respondents. The measurement of this study used a Likert scale which was then processed using the IMB SPSS Statistics Version 26 analysis tool. Data analysis consisted of validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, F tests, t tests, and coefficient of determination of variables. Key performance indicators have a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati Sugar Factory, of 33,7% &nbsp;significance value of 0.000. The welfare variable influences employee job satisfaction at PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati Sugar Factory, with a significance value of 0.014. The variable of work motivation influences the morale of employees at PT Kebon Agung Trangkil Pati Sugar Factory amounted to a significance of 0.010. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results show that workload and work stress have a significant effect on turnover intention. Likewise, workload has a significant effect on work stress. The results of this study also show that work stress has a significant influence on turnover intention. Furthermore, job stress partially mediates the influence of job insecurity and workload on intention to leave.
