Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of digital financial literacy, digital innovation, and financial technology on the performance of MSMEs in the digital economy era, which is based on the Resource-Based View (RBV) theory. A quantitative approach was used, involving 105 MSME operators in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) who were selected through targeted sampling. Primary data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25. The model feasibility test (F test) showed a significance value of 0.000, with a squared value of R of 0.561. In part (t-test), the results revealed that: (1) Digital Financial Literacy did not have a significant influence on the performance of MSMEs (Sig. 0.081 > 0.05); (2) Digital Innovation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of MSMEs (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05) and is the most dominant driving factor; and (3) Financial Technology has a positive and significant influence on the performance of MSMEs (Sig. 0.001 < 0.05). The practical implication emphasizes that MSME actors must maximize the adoption of technological innovations and digital financial services to improve their operational efficiency and business performance.
