Abstract

This research is motivated by the use of teaching materials in the form of LKPD which is not yet optimal. In the learning process, teachers only use LKPD containing questions and materials and the lack of practical activities in science learning, especially magnetic force material related to the surrounding environment. So that this has an impact on student learning outcomes that have not been achieved optimally. This study aims to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the LKPD that was developed. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The procedural steps of the ADDIE model consist of 5 steps, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of this study are (1) Validation of material experts 88% and validation of teaching material experts 84%, (2) Results of teacher practicality 88% and results of student practicality 87%, (3) Results of effectiveness 85%. The conclusion of this study is that the STEM-based LKPD that has been developed can be said to be feasible for use because it has met the criteria of validity, practicality, effectiveness and can help students understand the material on magnetic force.
