Abstract

Latar Belakang: Cyberbullying menjadi ancaman serius terhadap kesehatan mental remaja di era digital. Literasi digital yang rendah berkontribusi pada peningkatan risiko cyberbullying dan dampak negatifnya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program literasi digital dalam upaya pencegahan cyberbullying dan dampaknya terhadap kesehatan mental remaja. Metode: Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini melibatkan 100 siswa SMA di Sukoharjo yang berpartisipasi dalam program literasi digital selama 3 bulan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan focus group discussion (FGD). Hasil: Program literasi digital meningkatkan pemahaman remaja tentang risiko cyberbullying, strategi pencegahan, dan pentingnya penggunaan media sosial yang bertanggung jawab. Peserta melaporkan peningkatan kesadaran akan dampak cyberbullying terhadap kesehatan mental dan keterampilan dalam mengelola interaksi online. Kesimpulan: Program literasi digital efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan remaja dalam mencegah cyberbullying, berpotensi berkontribusi pada perlindungan kesehatan mental remaja di era digital.
