Abstract
Banaran Village, located in Pesantren District, Kediri City, has natural potential that can be developed in the tourism and agriculture sectors. One of the initiatives undertaken is the transfer and arrangement of agricultural land by the Women Farmers Group (KWT) with the assistance of KKN-T students. This program aims to increase agricultural productivity by utilizing new, more strategic land and optimizing community empowerment. This research used descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the activity show that the process of transferring agricultural land includes cleaning the old land, mixing natural fertilizers, making beds, installing mulch plastic, installing fences, and planting and watering plants. In addition to increasing agricultural yields, this program also provides additional benefits in the form of educational tours for PAUD children through planting practices. This program has proven to be effective in increasing community involvement in the agricultural sector as well as having a positive impact on education and local food security.
