These changes also impact the early childhood education environment, where playing as a way of learning will be strengthened again so that children are optimally fulfilled in all aspects of development. Moreover, the impact of the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in the interruption of direct interaction with distance learning resulting in children lacking concentration and easily triggered by emotions. At the same time, early childhood is a fundamental period. The government also issued policies related to changes in learning in line with the new curriculum, namely the independent curriculum. Implementing an independent curriculum based on children's needs will be used to improve learning. This study aims to get an overview of the implementation of the independent curriculum at the Kindergarten level, especially in the city of Kediri. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis as a narrative that tells about the expected research objectives. The results of this study can be used as initial insight into how to implement an independent curriculum at the early childhood level, especially Kindergarten in the target school program for the first period, namely the age of 5-6 years.
Anik Lestariningrum, Efi Rofiqoh, Stella Natanie Copyright (c) 2022 Anik Lestariningrum, Efi Rofiqoh, Stella Natanie https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://proceeding.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/ip/article/view/2657 Mon, 17 Oct 2022 00:00:00 +0700 Development of Powtoon-based SCEMA Learning Media for Science Subjects in Class V Elementary School https://proceeding.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/ip/article/view/2638
This research is motivated by the lack of students' understanding of the science subject matter of the human digestive system because the teacher only uses the media in the student worksheet. The aims of the paper are contextualizing behaviorist theory for Situational language teaching (SLT) and its relevance in current language teaching from practical experiences. The paper follows a narrative approach to review the previous works of literature on behaviorist theory, SLT, and its implementation. The findings are behaviorist theory becomes the fundamental learning theory of SLT that flourishes in SLT’s teaching and learning activities in the classroom. Influenced by behaviorist theory, SLT becomes a teaching method that provides more guided repetition and substantive activities. In addition, along with the existence of the trend of communicative language teaching and scientific approach, SLT is still implemented by teachers for various education levels to achieve teaching objectives. In conclusion, unfashionable methods do not mean that they are not able to apply in current teaching practice. Some modification activities can be created to attain meaningful learning. Therefore, it is suggested that in applying certain methods in teaching practice, practitioners or teachers should consider the following question: who the learners are, what their current level of language proficiency is, what their goals want to be achieved through learning activities, what sort of communicative need they have, and so forth.
Widiarini Widiarini Copyright (c) 2022 Widiarini Widiarini https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://proceeding.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/ip/article/view/2665 Mon, 17 Oct 2022 00:00:00 +0700 An Analysis of Speech Act on Civil War Movie https://proceeding.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/ip/article/view/2515
This research aims to analyze speech act found in Civil War movie. Harvesting on predator and prey is used because both populations are assumed to have an economic value. In this model, it is also assumed that prey has an instinct to protect themselves from the threat of predators. The conducted dynamical analysis consists of determination of equilibria, existence conditions and their stability. Analytical results show that there are two equilibria: namely predator extinction point and the coexistence point which are exist and stable under certain condition. Furthermore, Pontryagin maximum principle is used to find optimal harvesting on predator and prey. Some numerical simulations are performed to illustrate the analytical result.
Rizka Rizqi Robby, Trisilowati Trisilowati, I Darti, S.N. As the electric force, the magnetic force is driven by something, namely a magnetic field. A moving charge creates a magnetic field which in turn exerts a force on another moving charge. This study aims to determine the effect of magnetic fields exposure on the growth of spinach plants. The increase in demand for spinach in Indonesia has not been matched by the availability of sufficient spinach, one of the reasons for the insufficient availability of spinach is the decrease in fertile land for agriculture. This causes the ability to produce spinach planted in the ground also decreases. This study uses materials that are easily obtained, the method used in this research is quantitative research with a true experimental design, in the form of magnetic field exposure on the growth rate of spinach plants. The magnetic field used is produced from the coils of copper wire with the number of 5, 20, 35, 50 and 0 widing, with the duration of exposure was 30 minutes every day for 7 days. Magnetic fields in water exposed whare soaking spinach seeds rested which increases the permeability of the seed film, activates calcium ions, and inhibits the growth of microorganisms in water that are harmful to seed germination and plant growth. From the results of this study indicate that the use of copper wire with the number of widing is still not optimally used.
Qoni’ Rodhiyah, Ratika Sekar Ajeng, Ulfa Niswatul Khasanah Copyright (c) 2022 Qoni’ Rodhiyah, Ratika Sekar Ajeng, Ulfa Niswatul Khasanah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://proceeding.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/ip/article/view/2551 Tue, 18 Oct 2022 00:00:00 +0700 Classification of Lung CT-Scan Images for Covid-19 Detection Using Texture Feature Extraction and Naive Bayes Algorithm https://proceeding.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/ip/article/view/2597
Covid-19 diagnostic testing is divided into 2 approaches, namely laboratory-based approaches such as Swab Tests, PCR Tests, and Rapid Tests. To minimize transmission, a second approach is used, namely a non-laboratory approach that uses imaging diagnostic tools such as x-rays and Computed Tomography (CT). It is hoped that the use of this non-laboratory approach can be an alternative for detecting the Covid-19 virus and will also minimize the spread of the covid virus because at the time the diagnosis process takes place there is little direct contact with patients. Chest CT scan has a high sensitivity for diagnosing Covid-19. A CT scan uses the transmission of x-rays through the patient's chest, which is then processed with high-resolution medical images. In this study, the classification of Covid-19 images through CT-Scan images of the lungs using texture feature extraction and the naive Bayes classifier algorithm is a system that enters information in the form of input images and compares them with images in the database. The data set used is 200 CT-Scan images of Covid-19 lungs and 200 CT-Scan images of Non-Covid-19 lungs. The training data uses 150 Covid-19 images and 150 Non-Covid-19 images, while the rest is used as test data. The first method used is feature extraction, namely mean intensity, standard deviation, skewness, energy, entropy, and smoothness. Tobacco with good quality can be seen from the leaves, in fact the diseases that attack tobacco are of various types which can be seen from the changes in the tobacco leaves starting from the seeding and planting period. In the tobacco growing period, it is divided into two major parts, namely seeding period and the planting period, so that diseases that attack tobacco are also divided into two, namely diseases that attack during seeding and planting. This research is limited to diseases that attack tobacco at the time of planting, because at the time of seedling the tobacco has not yet produced leaves. When tobacco enters the planting period, at this time tobacco leaves begin to form. Good care is needed at this time such as fertilization, nutrition, vitamins, and pest control in order to obtain healthy tobacco so that tobacco is not susceptible to disease. Tobacco that lacks nutritional intake will be susceptible to diseases including fungi, bacteria, and viruses. The disease attack on tobacco has its own characteristics that appear on tobacco leaves. Early detection of the disease is very important so that disease control can be precise and the spread of the disease can be prevented so as not to cause endemic. In this research, an early detection system of tobacco leaf disease based on image processing will be designed. Normalization image, grayscale technique, folllowed by edge detection will be applied in these image so that from here the entropy, energy, and inertia values of the image can be obtained using statistical measures, and the last one using the decision tree classification technique can be classified as uninfected leaf or infected leaf. In this study, feature extraction from images of tobacco leaves that are not infected with the virus using grayscale techniques followed by edge detection produces an average statistical measure with entropy (h) values between 2,341 to 2,676, energy (e) values between 6,112 to 6,665, and inertia values. (i) between 3,322 to 3,576, while for leaves infected with the virus the average value of entropy (h) is between 4,543 to 5,576, the average value of energy (e) is between 12,212 to 13,455, and the average value of inertia (i) between 5,343 to 6,597.
Firman Matinuu Sigit, Rahmad Syaifudin, Dwi Ari Suryaningrum Copyright (c) 2022 Firman Matinuu Sigit, Rahmad Syaifudin, Dwi Ari Suryaningrum https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://proceeding.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/ip/article/view/2636 Tue, 18 Oct 2022 00:00:00 +0700 The Role of Agroindustry in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) https://proceeding.unpkediri.ac.id/index.php/ip/article/view/2637
Indonesia is one of the countries that has a potential area in the agricultural sector, has an area of land that can be used and utilized in the agricultural sector. Based on data from Badan Pusat Statistik in 2015-2020 inflation in East Java was 3.08%, 2.74%, 4.04%, 2.86%, 2.12%, 1.44%. From these data, it can be seen that inflation data is fluctuating. Therefore it is necessary to control inflation because high and unstable inflation can have a negative impact on the socio-economic conditions of the community. In addition, it also makes it difficult for the government to determine future policies. Seeing the importance of controlling inflation, it is necessary to study to predict the inflation rate in the future. One of the studies/methods to predict that is often used is the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method or also known as the Box-Jenkins method. The ARIMA method is a method that is easy to use because it is flexible in following existing data patterns and has high accuracy and tends to have a small error value because of the detailed process. From the analysis results, the best ARIMA (p,d,q) model is the ARIMA model (2,1,1) with an AIC value of 76.77.
